What I collect and why

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and the message you wrote. This data is used only to reply to you. It is transmitted securely (via Resend, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile) and is not used for marketing.

Analytics

If you accept cookies, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (which pages are viewed, rough geography, device and browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies and IP anonymization is enabled. Analytics is optional: a consent banner asks before any analytics runs, and declining loads no tracking scripts.

Cookies

The only cookies used are Google Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga), and only after you accept them. Your consent choice is stored on your own device. You can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, the banner will ask again.

Third parties

I do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Analytics data is retained per Google's retention settings for this property.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email s@spencervaradi.com and I will respond within the timeframe required by law.
